Kansas Headquarters
The Tribe’s Caney, Kansas offices are just west of the highway on the south end of town and occupied by the Family & Children Services Department, the Delaware Tribal Court and the Tribal Domicile.
The Tribal Domicile
The Delaware Tribe of Indians is pleased to say our Tribal Domicile continues to grow as an affordable domestic alternative to traditional offshore domiciles for reinsurers owned by vehicle dealers, agents, and other specialized producers, such as rent-to-own stores. As a sovereign nation and federally recognized Tribe, the Delaware Tribe of Indians created this innovative answer to traditional offshore captive domiciles. Through the utilization of technology and direct access to regulators and providers, the Delaware Tribe of Indians built an efficient, highly successful risk-based regulatory environment to promote the needs of its clients and the ease of conducting business.
